Art Club 2017-18

Hello Everyone!

I hope you can join us for Art Club and or Art Robotics Club! It is open for all students at DSMS, not just art students.

We meet on Thursdays in C-117 from 4:15-5:30.

Art Club: we will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month to explore different art activities that are not taught in class or try out new fads and see if they fit us.

Art Robotics: This club meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. We will explore STEAM activities, learn how to use technology based art programs and build robots that produce art for us. No experience required; I'm a beginner myself!!!!! 

I'm looking for someone who can teach me how to work with Mindstorm Lego based robots. Student or parent who is patient with  me and my crew is welcomed to join us. Please contact me at 512-858-3445 if you are interested.

We were awarded a Grant through the Dripping Springs Education Foundation to help us make meaningful connections between visual art and technology. Now we need some visionaries to help us get it off the ground. Come join us on Thursdays!!
